Asteroid Miner (Post-Jam version)
Controls
Movement: AWSD/Arrow keys
Faster movement: Hold SPACE key whilst using AWSD/Arrow keys
Shoot: Left mouse (point and click)
Auto-shoot: Left mouse (hold down to shoot)
Pause: P key
Instant restart: R key
How to play
- You have 3 lives/HP (top right corner)
- Collect materials/stars from mini asteroids (appear after blasting big asteroids)
- All materials/stars disappear after some time, get them before they disappear!
- Redeem points from collected materials by running through the planet
- The bubble is safe to stay in (destroys asteroids without dropping materials)
- When you're blue, you're invincible for 2 seconds
- You have 1 minute to get as many points as you can!
Point values
- Pink star = 1 point
- Green star = 3 points
- Gold star = 5 points
- White star = 15 points
- Pink star = 25 points (instantly get, no need to redeem)

Description
My entry for the MQ RE-ENTRY game jam! The constraint was to incorporate astronomical phenomena into the core gameplay loop, like asteroids!
I used the Unity asset "PlayMaker", a visual scripting tool that helped me to "program" my game!
Fun fact: my friend played it with an auto-clicker and it worked
